Battery Lives is a multimedia book that collects self-contained volumes, each in a different medium, which concentrate on different characters who occupy the same story arc. 
These stories are loose interpretations of the various ways people are interacting with each other using the internet within the spheres of dating apps, artistic expression, entrepreneurial schemes, emotional validation and the ever foreboding concern that this very technology is changing us in real ways, good or bad. The idea that we might be in fact the artificial intelligence we believe these strings of code will build themselves into.
